This is a sand storm we experienced long Utah Hwy 24 southwest of Green River, UT. We know it's not like having a Sanford Tornado, but it did make for some tough driving.

Petroglyphs in Fruita Valley Utah. We were on our way from Bryce Nat. Park to Moab, UT when we spied these beside the road. Well, there was a sign--we didn't discover them on our own.

Penny trying to take in the panoramic wonders of Bryce Canyon. Notice the very fine oak walking stick. It works great.

A lovely arch under the Bryce Canyon HooDoos.

Here is Bryce National Park in all its glory.

The HooDoos in Bryce National Park.

Camping down in Zion Canyon. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing!

John is searching for water (beer?) atop the sand dunes in Death Valley.

Good ol' camper van turned 100,000 miles somewhere near Death Valley. We bought new break pads for her front wheels and she continues to leap round the canyons--happy camper!
